Overview

The Governance of Enterprise IT has become a major issue for all organizations globally. Corporate Governance cannot be complete without implementing IT Governance. The COBIT 5 Foundation course looks at the drivers for this latest version of COBIT and the five basic principles on which the COBIT 5 framework is founded. The course also explores the enablers required for the governance and management of enterprise IT which support the integration between the goals, objectives, controls and processes of the business and IT. The COBIT 5 Foundation course includes an introduction to COBIT 5 implementation and the concepts relating to the COBIT 5 Process Assessment Model.

Content

The course comprises lectures, group discussion, assignments, a sample examination paper and other guidance to prepare attendees for the APMG COBIT 5 Foundation examination. The course activities are reinforced through our trainers’ proven implementation track record. The course content is based on COBIT 5, including the framework and other supporting documentation.
